Kullanım şartları

1. Sağlayıcı ve kapsam

Hizmetin yayıncısı ve sağlayıcısı Abrebo Studio’dur. Kurulum, erişim, satın alma veya bu şartlarla ilgili talepler için abrebostudio@gmail.com adresinden ulaşabilirsin. Yardım sayfası kurulum ve sorun giderme adımlarını içerir.

Bu şartlar uygulama hizmetini düzenler. Google Play’in satın alma şartları, satın alma öncesinde gösterilen ürün bilgileri ve uygulanabilir zorunlu hukuk kuralları da geçerlidir. Bu metin, mağazada veya kanunen ayrıca verilmesi gereken satın alma ön bilgilendirmesinin yerine geçmez. Gizlilik politikası veri işlemeyi açıklar; bu şartların kabulü, kişisel veriler için genel bir açık rıza değildir.

2. Hizmetin işleyişi

Mobil uygulama, eşleştirdiğin PS5’in Remote Play akışından seçtiğin görüntü alanlarındaki yazıları tanır (OCR), telefonda çevirir ve çevrilen altyazıları gösterebilir. İndirilen modeller ve uygulamayla birlikte gelen oyun çeviri verileri bu işlemde kullanılabilir. TV alıcısı, aynı yerel ağda telefondan gelen altyazı metni ile görünüm ayarlarını alıp ayrı bir katmanda gösterir.

TV’deki oyun görüntüsü konsolun HDMI bağlantısından gelir. Uygulama oyun dosyalarını veya HDMI görüntüsünü değiştirmez; oyun, konsol, PSN hesabı, oyun lisansı ya da bir platformun çevrimiçi hizmetine üyelik sağlamaz. Uygulama bağımsızdır; Sony, PlayStation, oyun yayıncıları veya TV üreticileri tarafından sunulan ya da onaylanmış resmî bir ürün olduğu iddia edilmez.

3. Gereksinimler ve uyumluluk

Uyumlu bir Android telefon, yeterli depolama ve işlem kapasitesi, desteklenen diller/model dosyaları, Remote Play açık bir PS5, gerekli Sony hesap eşleştirmesi ve uygun yerel ağ bağlantısı gerekir. Google girişi, deneme başlatma veya yeniden doğrulama, satın alma, geri yükleme, PSN ilk kurulumu ve model indirmeleri internet gerektirebilir. Çeviri cihazda çalışsa da tüm uygulamanın sürekli çevrimdışı çalışacağı taahhüt edilmez. İnternet, mobil veri, cihaz ve üçüncü taraf hizmet maliyetleri Premium paketine dahil değildir; ilgili sağlayıcıyla olan anlaşmana göre ayrıca ödenir.

TV’de gösterim için uyumlu Android TV/Google TV alıcısı, TV uygulaması, telefonla aynı yerel ağ ve diğer uygulamaların üzerinde gösterim izni gerekir. HDMI üzerinde görünürlük; TV modeli, işletim sistemi, üretici kısıtlamaları ve izinlere bağlıdır. Marka adı veya Android TV kullanılması tek başına uyumluluk garantisi değildir. Mevcut şartlar, uygulamada sunulmayan başka mobil/TV platformlarına destek vaadi oluşturmaz.

Satın almadan önce rehberi izle, telefon–konsol bağlantısını ve kullanacağın TV’de altyazı görünümünü dene. Başarılı eşleştirme, çevirinin bütün oyunlarda aynı hızda çalışacağını göstermez. Bu deneme önerisi, ayıplı hizmetten doğan haklarını sınırlandırmaz.

4. Yaş, hesap ve güvenlik

Hizmet 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bulunduğun yerde daha yüksek yaş veya ebeveyn izni şartı varsa buna uymalısın. Sözleşme yapma veya satın alma ehliyetin yoksa gerekli veli/yasal temsilci izni ve gözetimi olmadan ücretli işlem yapmamalısın. Mevcut uygulama yaş doğrulaması yapmaz; bu hüküm oyunların veya mağazanın yaş sınırlamalarını değiştirmez.

Ücretsiz deneme ve uygulama hesabı işlemleri Google ile giriş kullanır. Satın almalar, satın alma yapılan Google Play hesabıyla yönetilir; uygulamaya Google ile giriş yapmak mağaza hesabını değiştirmez veya farklı hesaplar arasında satın alma aktarmaz. Mevcut ücretli erişim doğrulaması RevenueCat ve Google Play üzerinden yapılır.

Yalnız kullanmaya yetkili olduğun hesap ve cihazları bağla. Google/Sony hesaplarını, PSN yönlendirme bağlantısını, eşleştirme kodlarını ve oturum anahtarlarını koru. Güvenlik veya yetkisiz erişim şüphesinde ilgili sağlayıcı hesabını güvenceye al ve destekle iletişime geç. Eşleştirmeyi kaldırmak için TV’de sıfırlama dahil ilgili cihazların bağlantı yönetimini kullan.

5. Ücretsiz deneme

Mevcut uygulamada ücretsiz deneme Google hesabı başına bir kez, kesintisiz 30 dakika olarak sunulur. Google ile giriş yapıp çeviri için denemeyi başlatma isteğin onaylandığında süre başlar. Yalnız uygulamayı kurmak, Premium ekranını açmak veya Google ile giriş yapmak denemeyi tek başına başlatmaz.

Çeviriyi durdurmak, bağlantının kopması veya uygulamanın kapanması deneme saatini durdurmaz. Süre bir etkin kullanım kotası değildir ve günlük yenilenmez. İnternet/sunucu kontrolüyle belirlenen bitiş zamanı esas alınır. Yeniden kurulum, çıkış veya uygulama hesabını silmek aynı Google hesabına yeni bir deneme hakkı vermez.

Bu deneme ödeme bilgisi istemez, mağaza aboneliği satın alma işlemi değildir ve sonunda otomatik ücret alınmaz. Süre bittiğinde çeviriye devam etmek için geçerli ücretli erişim gerekir; bunu mağazada ayrıca onaylayarak satın alırsın. Geçmiş bir Google Play deneme aboneliğin varsa onun yenileme ve iptal şartları mağazadaki sözleşmene göre ayrıdır.

6. Premium ve süresiz erişim

Uygulamada sunulduğunda haftalık, aylık ve yıllık Premium abonelikler ile tek ödemeli süresiz Premium paketi seçilebilir. Satın alma anında uygulama ve Google Play ekranında gösterilen paket, kapsam, para birimi, vergiler dahil fiyat ve dönem geçerlidir. Paketlerin her ülkede veya her sürümde sunulacağı taahhüt edilmez. Sitede ödeme alınmaz.

Süresiz paket, satın alınan uygulamanın Premium erişimi için dönemsel bitiş tarihi olmayan, otomatik yenilenmeyen tek ödemeli satın almadır. Kullanıcının ömrü boyunca her cihazı, ileride çıkabilecek ayrı uygulamaları veya bütün yeni ürünleri kapsayan bir hizmet garantisi değildir. Hizmetin teknik bağımlılıkları ve 12. bölümdeki değişiklik kuralları geçerlidir; bu açıklama, satın alınmış erişimi keyfî olarak kaldırma veya tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırma yetkisi vermez.

Premium, uygulamada o paket için açıklanan özelliklere erişim sağlar; TV/konsol uyumluluğu veya hatasız çeviri garantisi satın alınmış olmaz. Mevcut satın alma ile tanınmış özellikler ve zorunlu haklar, sonraki bir paket veya şart değişikliğiyle geriye dönük olarak ortadan kaldırılamaz.

7. Yenileme, iptal, geri yükleme ve iade

Abonelikler, mağazada gösterilen dönemlerde ve onayladığın yenileme koşullarıyla otomatik yenilenir. Sonraki tahsilatı önlemek için Google Play’in gösterdiği son tarihten önce Google Play aboneliklerinden veya uygulamadaki abonelik yönetimi bağlantısından iptal et. Fiyat değişiklikleri için mağazanın bildirim/onay kuralları ve uygulanabilir hukuk geçerlidir.

İptalden sonra erişim normalde ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer; iade, ödeme geçersizliği veya mağazanın hakkı geri alması farklı sonuç doğurabilir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, çeviriyi durdurmak, TV bağlantısını kesmek veya uygulama hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Süresiz paketin yinelenen abonelik ödemesi yoktur.

Erişim eksik görünürse satın aldığın Google Play hesabını kontrol et, internete bağlan, Durumu yenile ve Satın alımları geri yükle seçeneklerini kullan. İade edilmiş, mağaza tarafından geri alınmış veya geçersiz bir işlem aktif hak olarak geri yüklenmez. Başka mağazaya veya başka bir kişinin hesabına otomatik aktarım sözü verilmez. Sorun sürerse ödeme kartı bilgisi veya parola göndermeden destek iste.

İade için Google Play’in iade yolunu kullanabilir veya bize yazabilirsin. İnceleme, işlem koşulları ve uygulanabilir tüketici hukukuna göre yapılır. Abonelik iptali tek başına geçmiş ödemeleri otomatik iade etmez; bu, yasal cayma, ayıplı hizmet, bedel indirimi veya iade haklarının reddi değildir. Dijital içeriğe/hizmete ilişkin cayma istisnaları ancak hukuki koşulları varsa uygulanır; bu sayfayı okumak bütün iade haklarından vazgeçmek sayılmaz.

8. Lisans ve fikri mülkiyet

Bu şartlara ve geçerli erişim hakkına bağlı olarak uygulamayı, mağaza kuralları çerçevesinde yetkili olduğun cihazlarda kişisel kullanım için kullanmana sınırlı, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Bu lisans yazılım, marka, tasarım veya üçüncü taraf içerik üzerinde mülkiyet hakkı devretmez; erişim haklarını izinsiz satma ya da ticari altyazı yayını yapma hakkı sağlamaz.

Abrebo Studio’ya ait unsurların hakları Abrebo Studio’da; oyun, konsol, TV markaları ve ilgili içeriklerin hakları kendi sahiplerinde kalır. Bir oyuna ait çeviri verisinin veya modelin bulunması, o oyunu ya da içeriğini edinme/yayımlama hakkı vermez. Çevirdiğin veya paylaştığın içerik için gerekli hakları sağlamalısın.

Açık kaynak bileşenler ve indirilen modeller kendi lisanslarına tabidir. Bunların lisanslarıyla tanınan kullanım, inceleme, değiştirme veya dağıtım hakları bu şartlarla daraltılmaz; kaynak kodu sağlama ve atıf dahil uygulanabilir yükümlülükler saklıdır. 9. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti hukuka, ilgili mağaza/platform kurallarına ve başkalarının haklarına uygun kullanmalısın. Özellikle:

• İzinsiz konsol, TV veya hesaba bağlanma; başkasının kimlik bilgilerini, kodlarını veya satın alma hakkını kullanma.
• Deneme/satın alma doğrulamasını aşma, makbuz veya oturum anahtarı taklit etme, tekrar deneme elde etmek için hesap/istemci manipülasyonu yapma.
• Sunucuya zarar verecek otomasyon, aşırı istek, zararlı yazılım veya başkalarının kullanımını engelleyecek müdahalede bulunma.
• Özel bilgileri izinsiz okuma/yayımlama veya üçüncü taraf telif ve erişim haklarını ihlal etme.

Bu kurallar, hukukun zorunlu olarak izin verdiği faaliyetleri veya açık kaynak lisans haklarını yasaklamaz. Güvenlik sorunlarını kötüye kullanmadan destek adresine bildirebilirsin. Yerel TV kanalı şifrelenmemiş WebSocket kullanır; güvendiğin ev ağında çalıştır ve alıcıyı internete açma. Konsolda özel içerik açmadan önce çeviriyi durdur.

10. Çeviri ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

OCR ve otomatik çeviri yanlış, eksik, gecikmeli veya bağlama uymayan sonuç verebilir. Paketlenmiş çeviriler de her oyun sürümü veya sahneyle eşleşmeyebilir. Görüntü kalitesi, dil, seçilen bölge/model, telefonun kapasitesi, ağ ve TV davranışı sonucu etkiler. Her oyun/dil/cihazda kusursuz sonuç, sabit gecikme veya kesintisiz kullanım taahhüt edilmez. Çıktıları hukuki, tıbbi, mali veya güvenlik açısından kritik kararların tek dayanağı olarak kullanma.

Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Sony, model indirme hizmetleri ve cihaz işletim sistemlerine bağımlılıklar vardır. Bunların güncellemeleri, kesintileri veya erişim kuralları uygulama işlevlerini etkileyebilir. İlgili üçüncü taraf şartlarına uymalısın. Bu bağımlılıklar, Abrebo Studio’nun kendi hizmetine ilişkin hukuken zorunlu yükümlülüklerini ortadan kaldırmaz.

11. Gizlilik ve hesap silme

Oyun görüntüsünün cihazda işlenmesi, PSN doğrulaması, SDK verileri, yerel ekran görüntüleri/günlükler, satın alma kayıtları ve saklama süreleri Gizlilik politikasında açıklanır. Yalnız bir özelliği kullanmak için gerekli verileri sağlamamayı seçersen o özellik kullanılamayabilir. Kanunen ayrı rıza gereken işlemlerde rıza ayrıca istenir.

Profil → Hesabımı sil, yeniden Google doğrulamasıyla uygulamanın Firebase giriş hesabını siler; kişisel Google/Sony hesabını silmez. Tekrar denemeyi önleyen Google hesabına bağlı deneme bitiş kaydı tutulur. Satın alma kayıtları, destek e-postaları, PSN/TV eşleştirmeleri, yerel profil görüntüleri ve yedekler ayrıca ele alınır. Adımlar ve uygulama dışı talepler için Hesabı ve Verileri Sil sayfasını kullan. Hesap silme ile Google Play aboneliğini iptal etme ayrı işlemlerdir.

12. Değişiklikler ve erişimin sona ermesi

Bakım, güvenlik, hata düzeltme, üçüncü taraf değişiklikleri veya hukuki gereklilikler nedeniyle güncelleme gerekebilir ve geçici kesintiler olabilir. Önemli işlev, ücretli erişim, hizmetin kalıcı sona ermesi veya bu şartlarda esaslı değişiklik planlandığında, hukuken gereken bildirim ve varsa onay süreci uygulanır. Yeni ücretli bir plan, ayrıca onayın olmadan başlatılmaz; değişiklikler kazanılmış haklarını geriye dönük kaldırmaz.

Geçerli deneme/ücretli hak sona erdiğinde veya doğrulanamadığında çeviri durabilir. Güvenlik tehdidi, sahte işlem, ciddi kötüye kullanım veya zorunlu hukuki neden varsa ilgili erişim gerekli ve ölçülü biçimde sınırlandırılabilir. Mümkün ve hukuken uygun olduğunda gerekçe ve sorunu düzeltme yolu bildirilir; yanlış değerlendirmeye itiraz için destek adresine yazabilirsin. Bu hüküm, alınmış ödemelere ilişkin zorunlu iade veya diğer başvuru haklarını kaldırmaz.

Kullanımı istediğin zaman durdurabilirsin. Aktif aboneliğin varsa sonraki tahsilatı önlemek için Google Play’den ayrıca iptal et. Süresiz erişim dahil satın alınmış bir hizmetin kalıcı olarak sunulamaması halinde uygulanabilir tüketici hukuku kapsamındaki çözüm ve iade hakları saklıdır. Güncellenen şartlar yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır.

13. Sorumluluk ve tüketici hakları

Hizmeti makul özenle sunmayı amaçlarız. Yukarıdaki teknik sınırlar, kontrolümüz dışındaki cihaz/ağ sorunları ve otomatik çeviri hataları kullanım sonucunu etkileyebilir. Hukuken izin verilen ölçüde, makul olarak öngörülemeyen dolaylı kayıplardan sorumluluk üstlenmeyiz; sorumluluğun varlığı ve kapsamı kusur, nedensellik ve uygulanabilir hukukla belirlenir.

Bu şartlar, kasıt veya ağır kusurdan doğan sorumluluğu, kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları ya da zorunlu tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz. Ayıplı hizmet, sözleşmeye aykırılık, cayma veya iade bakımından sahip olduğun kanuni haklar saklıdır. Geçersiz bir hüküm, hukuken mümkün olduğu ölçüde diğer hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez; yerine tüketici aleyhine daha ağır bir hüküm uygulanmaz.

14. Uyuşmazlıklar, dil ve iletişim

Emredici kurallar saklı kalmak üzere bu şartlara Türkiye hukuku uygulanır. Başka bir ülkede tüketiciysen, hukuken yararlandığın yerleşim yeri korumaları ve yetkili mercilere başvuru hakların sınırlandırılmaz. Türkiye’de uygulanabilir görev ve parasal sınırlara göre Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine veya yetkili tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsin. Destekle önce iletişim kurma önerisi, yasal başvuru süresini durdurmaz veya başvuru için zorunlu bir engel oluşturmaz.

Türkçe ve İngilizce metinler aynı şartları açıklamak için sunulur. Bir çeviri farkı zorunlu haklarını azaltacak biçimde yorumlanmaz; belirsizlikleri açıklığa kavuşturmak için bize yazabilirsin. Kullanım, satın alma ve uyuşmazlık soruları için: abrebostudio@gmail.com.

1. Provider and scope

Abrebo Studio is the publisher and service provider. Contact abrebostudio@gmail.com about setup, access, purchases or these terms. Our help page provides setup and troubleshooting steps.

These terms govern the app service. Google Play purchase terms, product information shown before purchase and mandatory applicable law also apply. This page does not replace separate pre-purchase disclosures required by the store or law. The privacy policy explains data processing; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to personal data processing.

2. How the service works

The mobile app recognises text (OCR) in selected regions of your paired PS5’s Remote Play stream, translates it on your phone and can display translated subtitles. Downloaded models and packaged game translation data may be used. The TV receiver receives subtitle text and appearance settings from the phone on the same local network and displays them as a separate overlay.

The TV’s game image comes from your console’s HDMI connection. The app does not modify game files or the HDMI image, and does not supply games, consoles, PSN accounts, game licences or subscriptions to a platform’s online service. It is independent and is not presented as an official product provided or endorsed by Sony, PlayStation, game publishers or TV manufacturers.

3. Requirements and compatibility

You need a compatible Android phone with sufficient storage and processing capacity, supported languages/model files, a PS5 with Remote Play enabled, the required Sony account pairing and a suitable local network. Google sign-in, trial activation or re-verification, purchases, restoration, initial PSN setup and model downloads may require internet access. On-device translation does not promise that the entire app will always work offline. Internet, mobile data, device and third-party service costs are not included in Premium and are payable separately under your agreement with the relevant provider.

TV display requires a compatible Android TV/Google TV receiver, the TV app, the same local network as the phone and permission to display over other apps. HDMI overlay visibility depends on the TV model, operating system, manufacturer restrictions and permissions. A brand name or Android TV alone does not guarantee compatibility. These terms do not promise support for other mobile or TV platforms not offered in the app.

Before buying, follow the guide and try the phone–console connection and subtitle display on the TV you intend to use. Successful pairing does not establish the same translation speed in every game. This recommendation does not limit your rights concerning a defective service.

4. Age, accounts and security

The service is not directed to children under 13. Follow any higher local age or parental permission requirements. If you lack legal capacity to contract or purchase, do not make paid transactions without the necessary parent/legal guardian permission and supervision. The current app does not verify age; this clause does not change game or store age restrictions.

The free trial and app account features use Google sign-in. Purchases are managed with the Google Play account used to buy them; Google sign-in inside the app does not change the store account or transfer purchases between accounts. Current paid access is verified through RevenueCat and Google Play.

Connect only accounts and devices you are authorised to use. Protect your Google/Sony accounts, PSN redirect URL, pairing codes and session keys. If you suspect a security issue or unauthorised access, secure the relevant provider account and contact support. Use the relevant devices’ connection controls, including resetting pairing on the TV, to remove a pairing.

5. Free trial

The current app offers one free trial per Google account lasting 30 consecutive minutes. It starts when, after Google sign-in, your request to start the trial for translation is approved. Merely installing the app, opening the Premium screen or signing in does not itself start the trial.

Stopping translation, losing the connection or closing the app does not pause the trial clock. It is not an active-use allowance and does not reset daily. The expiry determined through online/server verification applies. Reinstallation, signing out or deleting the app account does not grant another trial for the same Google account.

This trial requires no payment details, is not a store subscription purchase and does not automatically charge you at expiry. Continuing translation afterwards requires valid paid access, which you purchase by separately confirming a store transaction. Any previous Google Play subscription trial has its own renewal and cancellation terms under that store agreement.

6. Premium and lifetime access

Where offered, the app provides weekly, monthly and annual Premium subscriptions and a one-time lifetime Premium option. The package, scope, currency, tax-inclusive price and billing period displayed in the app and Google Play at purchase apply. Packages are not guaranteed to be offered in every country or version. The website does not take payments.

The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase with no periodic expiry date for Premium access in the purchased app. It does not guarantee service on every device, separate future apps or all new products for the purchaser’s lifetime. Technical dependencies and the change rules in section 12 apply; this explanation does not authorise arbitrary removal of purchased access or removal of consumer rights.

Premium provides the features described for that package; it does not purchase guaranteed TV/console compatibility or error-free translation. Features already granted by a purchase and mandatory rights cannot be retrospectively removed through a later package or terms change.

7. Renewal, cancellation, restoration and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically for the store-displayed periods under the renewal terms you approve. To avoid the next charge, cancel before Google Play’s displayed deadline through Google Play subscriptions or the app’s subscription management link. Store notice/consent rules and applicable law govern price changes.

Access normally continues until the paid period ends after cancellation; refunds, invalid payments or store revocation may have a different effect. Uninstalling, stopping translation, disconnecting the TV or deleting your app account does not cancel billing. The lifetime option has no recurring subscription charge.

If access is missing, check the Google Play account used to purchase, connect to the internet and use Refresh status and Restore purchases. A refunded, revoked or invalid transaction is not restored as an active entitlement. Automatic transfer to another store or another person’s account is not promised. Contact support if problems continue, without sending payment card details or passwords.

Use Google Play’s refund process or contact us to request a refund. Requests are assessed under the transaction terms and applicable consumer law. Subscription cancellation alone does not automatically refund past payments; this does not deny statutory withdrawal, defective-service, price reduction or refund rights. Digital content/service withdrawal exceptions apply only when their legal conditions are satisfied; reading this page does not waive all refund rights.

8. Licence and intellectual property

Subject to these terms and a valid access entitlement, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app personally on devices you are authorised to use under store rules. It does not transfer ownership of software, branding, design or third-party content, or authorise unauthorised resale of access or commercial subtitle broadcasting.

Abrebo Studio retains its rights in its own materials. Game, console and TV brands and associated content remain with their respective owners. The presence of game translation data or a model does not grant the right to acquire or publish the game or its content. You must have the necessary rights for content you translate or share.

Open-source components and downloaded models have their own licences. These terms do not narrow rights to use, inspect, modify or distribute granted by those licences; applicable source provision and attribution obligations remain. Contact us for relevant licence notices.

9. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in accordance with relevant store/platform rules and other people’s rights. In particular:

• Do not access a console, TV or account without permission, or use someone else’s credentials, codes or purchase entitlement without authorisation.
• Do not bypass trial/purchase verification, forge receipts or session keys, or manipulate accounts/clients to obtain repeat trials.
• Do not use harmful automation, excessive requests, malware or interference that damages the service or prevents others from using it.
• Do not read/publish private information without permission or infringe third-party copyright or access rights.

These rules do not prohibit activities mandatorily permitted by law or rights under open-source licences. Report security issues to support without exploiting them. The local TV channel uses unencrypted WebSocket; use a trusted home network and do not expose the receiver to the internet. Stop translation before opening private console content.

10. Translation and third-party services

OCR and automated translation may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unsuitable for the context. Packaged translations may not match every game version or scene. Image quality, language, selected region/model, phone capacity, network and TV behaviour affect results. Perfect output on every game/language/device, fixed latency and uninterrupted service are not promised. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.

The app depends on Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Sony, model download services and device operating systems. Their updates, outages or access rules may affect functionality. You must follow relevant third-party terms. These dependencies do not remove Abrebo Studio’s mandatory legal obligations for its own service.

11. Privacy and account deletion

The privacy policy explains on-device gameplay processing, PSN verification, SDK data, local screenshots/logs, purchase records and retention. Choosing not to provide data necessary for a feature may prevent that feature from working. Consent required separately by law is requested separately.

Profile → Delete my account removes the app’s Firebase sign-in account after renewed Google authentication; it does not delete your personal Google or Sony account. The Google-account-linked trial expiry record is retained to prevent repeat trials. Purchase records, support email, PSN/TV pairings, local profile images and backups are addressed separately. Use Delete account and data for steps and requests outside the app. Account deletion and Google Play subscription cancellation are separate actions.

12. Changes and ending access

Maintenance, security, fixes, third-party changes or legal requirements may require updates and temporary interruptions. Where material changes to functionality, paid access, permanent service closure or these terms are planned, legally required notice and any necessary consent procedures apply. A new paid plan is not started without your separate approval, and changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

Translation may stop when a trial/paid entitlement expires or cannot be verified. A security threat, fraudulent transaction, serious misuse or mandatory legal reason may require a necessary, proportionate access restriction. Where possible and lawful, we explain the reason and a way to resolve it; contact support to challenge an incorrect assessment. This clause does not remove mandatory refund or other remedies concerning payments already made.

You may stop using the service at any time. Separately cancel any active subscription through Google Play to avoid future charges. If a purchased service, including lifetime access, becomes permanently unavailable, remedies and refund rights under applicable consumer law remain protected. Updated terms are published here with their effective date.

13. Liability and consumer rights

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care. Technical limits described above, device/network issues outside our control and automated translation errors may affect your use. To the extent lawfully permitted, we do not assume liability for indirect losses that could not reasonably be foreseen; the existence and extent of liability depend on fault, causation and applicable law.

These terms do not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer rights. Statutory rights concerning defective service, breach of contract, withdrawal and refunds remain protected. An invalid provision does not affect the remaining provisions to the extent legally possible, and is not replaced by a more burdensome term against the consumer.

14. Disputes, language and contact

Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Consumers in other countries retain any mandatory protections of their place of residence and rights to apply to competent authorities. In Türkiye, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or competent consumer courts according to applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds. Our suggestion to contact support first does not pause legal time limits or create a mandatory barrier to seeking remedies.
